Hi Leti,

You really need to talk to Dr Costantini for advice, but I inject into hubby's buttock muscle Tuesday and Friday, exactly on the spot advised by Dr C. Always before 12am (I think this is so it doesn't keep him awake at night any later in the day. It definately gives him heaps of energy.) Meals don't matter and I inject it slowly. The needle occasionally hits a blood vessel which freaked me out the first time it happened as it bled. I hope this helps! Nellie

My wife gives me a very normal and very simple intramuscular injection twice a week, as any nurse can do. My doctor gives me the recipe because in Italy it takes for the injectable B1.

It is an intramuscular injection. If my husband is home he gives me the injection in the upper glute (butt) muscle. If he's not home I inject into my thigh.
