I am now on minimum dose 2.5 mg tablet.as Neurologist says there are risks of brain damage. I have been on 2 x 2.5mg for 9 years and totally controlled any tremor. Tremor returned forcibly when fully off Kemadrin so I held on to 1 dose. I did not have a tremor issue when on Kemadrin.

In the past I was considering a move to another Neurologist who wanted me off Kemadrin immediately and told it was 'old' technology. I've seen news references to concerns about Anticholinergics.

What is your issue?

I take 2.5mg at 0700 daily and generally tremor is not a problem. Under stress a tremor can kick in but it's managable. Very hard to come off this drug. I'm comfortable with this.
