hi hilary
with difficulty is the annswer
gettign them on - i need my carer ot help me
socks same problem (long or otherswise)
i was given some things by the OT but cannot manage with them
i cannot get to my feet any more and i cannot co ordinate to ge tmy socks on right way round
also i cannot cut my toe nails any more
love jill
the answer is i dont wear them any more as i too cannot reach my feet !!
I threw my Spanx away but I do wear tights with skirts on rare occasion. I baby-powder my legs as things slide over baby powder.
Hi Hilary,I find that I can get the firs leg in OK, but, to get the second leg in, I swing myself back on the bed with legs in the air. I can then reach to get that second leg in. Not very graceful, but it gives my husband a laugh!
I can't wait for the warmer weather when I won't need to wear them to keep warm. Cheers. Beth
I can get them on, but they start to hurt as I get swelling in my knees and pain of unknown origin but aggravated by PD in ab. I end up taking off. Even legging/sock combo has to be loose and loose and without much elastic
I can't get socks or shoes on without my husbands help or a very long struggle because I can't reach my feet either. By the time I manage to get them on, if I do, I am exhausted.
It's a little hard but I put them on by rolling them all the way down and roll them up my leg, the hardest thing is if they are inside out after I washed them to turn them the right side out, just slow but I get it done because I have to wear them for work..
