1. Consider supplementing with Lithium Orotate daily. Numerous in vitro and in vivo studies have shown lithium treatment to work by modulating several homeostatic mechanisms involved in neurotrophic response, autophagy, stress, mitochondrial function, and inflammation. Additionally, it inhibits glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK-3β) and inositol monophosphatase. This simply means that Lithium Orotate can help halt the progression of certain neurodegenerative diseases such as parkinsons by cleaning up mis-formed proteins that aren’t supposed to be in the brain. This process is known as autophagy. Again we recommend 10 mg of Lithium Orotate a day from a high quality brand.

2. Consider supplementing with Krill oil or some other good source of Omega-3 fatty acids because a study carried out by Université Laval found Omega-3 fatty acids protect your brain against Parkinson’s disease. The research findings showed that omega-3 fats in your diet may protect your brain cells. It works by preventing the misfolding of a protein resulting from a gene mutation in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's. A deduction to be gained from this finding is that a brain containing a lack of Omega 3 fatty acids and an excessive amount of omega 6 fatty acids may contribute to creating an environment that encourages the development of Parkinson’s disease. We recommend taking Krill Oil twice a day which is an excellent choice for getting the right amount of Omega-3 in the diet.

3. Consider supplementing with Iodine since iodine is crucial for working nerves, normal dopamine production, and the removal of heavy metals from the brain. Iodine ought to be particularly concentrated in the substantia nigra, however, in Parkinson’s patients it is not. Correcting this and bringing iodine levels back up to where they should be many times will provide great improvement to those suffering from Parkinson’s. Also, it’s important since long-term iodine deficiency seems to be linked to irregularities in the dopaminergic system that include a greater amount of dopamine receptors. It is argued that this raises susceptivity to dopamine oxidation which can cause a shortage of the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and catalase. We recommend a quality brand daily.

4. Consider supplementing with coenzyme q10. While CoQ10 has been successfully tested in clinical trials for other neurological disorders such as Huntington's Disease, it has gained more traction in regards to Parkinson’s as researchers from Japan's Juntendo University School of Medicine have discovered that one particular form of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) can significantly reduce the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Because evidence suggests that mitochondrial dysfunction and oxygen free radicals play a role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s it makes sense that the dual function of coenzyme Q10 as a potent antioxidant and as a component of the mitochondrial electron transport chain would be helpful in slowing the progression of Parkinson’s disease. We recommend a quality brand daily.

5. Supplementing with a heavy metal detoxifier like Humifulvate on an ongoing regular basis will be very helpful in your recovery because mer

what are side effects of Lithium Orotate

There are none for low doses. You can buy it as a supplement in 5 mg or 10 mg pills. This is a fraction of the therapeutic dose used for psychiatric use.

Would you recommend Immune Boost 77 as a detox agent? thanks John G

Thanks for the link. I don't know if you've seen this. An Acupuncturist developed a Qi gong protocol. I'm trying it:

People, people, people . . .

"How did this post make me feel?"

Like a moron for giving it 7 minutes when I could've been picking lint out of my navel.

"Reverse Parkinson's with lithium orotate, Krill oil, iodine, co-Q10, and their own secret formula detoxifier Humifulvate." Really? Just that simple. Only 5 things.

Fearing I had wasted hundreds of hours reading abstracts, I went to their website where I found videos on how to reverse multiple sclerosis, ALS, cancer, diabetes, sciatica, and dandruff, among other maladies, so reversing Parkinson's is only a small part of what they do, although their main focus are tonics to restore female hair loss and skin cream.

Just in case restoring hair loss or reversing cancer isn't enough, they have a series of videos called "The Science Behind God" and in the 1st video, they assert that all of the proven science can be written on the back of your hand and the Higgs Bosson particle doesn't exist.

I quit watching fearing I might come to the part where they claim Stephen Hawkins was a know nothing and dinosaurs and man walked the earth together 10,000 years ago.

How hair restoration and the science behind God end up in the same website takes a smarter person than me to figure out.

This video went too fast for me to make a note of the 5 names of recommended substances. Could you please give them to us in written form.

Thanks iqbaliqbal, but stay critical (see the post of MBAnderson).

Nevertheless good point with iodine and heavy metal detoxifier. I personally take now once a week DMPS, but still to get the "debris" out of the brain it is very difficult.....
