The hot weather in the UK continues and I note that Madopar, and probably other medications as well, should not be kept above 25*c. Not easy unless you have a/c.

Can prolonged high temps affect the effectiveness of the medication and can it be kept in the fridge?

I live in Sydney Australia so the temperature is over 25 degrees Celsius for most of summer. My medications live in the bathroom without air conditioning and have not suffered in any way.
