Hi I’m having trouble with Bursitis in my shoulders and hip.
Is this common with Parkinson’s I’m now two years since diagnosed.

me too suffer from shoulder pain. Once it was so intense as well. I apply naturopath oil daily before bath and the pain is bearable.
Indeed motor defects from PD can cause musculoskeletal problems. See my post: healthunlocked.com/parkinso...
Wendy,
You can try magnesium oil for both. You should be able to get an 8 ounce spray bottle from a vitamin store fairly inexpensively to find out if it will help you or not.

Also consider using an ice pack because it is highly anti-inflammatory. Here are a couple of studies discussing the pain relieving qualities of magnesium oil :

Thanks will give it a try.
Wendy,
To give a clue how anti-inflammatory ice packing is, consider professional boxers who ice the backs of their necks between rounds or professional basketball players who ice their feet ankles, back and knees, sometimes during the game while they are waiting to go back in to the game.
Here is a useful post for PWPs about magnesium that you can look at also. Magnesium is multi faceted and quite useful!

Good luck and let us know how you do!
