Has anyone followed the ketogenic diet and if so how did you find it?

Ketogenic diet
I follow a similar diet after reading Brain Fuel by Max Lugavere. See him on YouTube.
I say similar because I make a point of having 16-18 Ketogenic meals weekly out of 21.
My mind is sharp, no more brain fog and I’ve lost some weight. No way to measure the diets effects on my PD but that is doing well too due to B1. I started both protocols 10+ weeks ago. I’m staying the course with both as I feel really good.
Hi Deb. I have found it very good indeed and have lost lots of weight but find it difficult to follow without taking some carbs.
The only thing I expected from the banting diet was to lose weight, which I did. I was not very strict but it did work for me. I did not notice any change in sleeping habits or stress related movement problems.
I started just over 3 months ago. First couple of weeks felt tired and fluey, once through that my muscles began to relax significantly (and are still much looser than before). Downside was that I also became increasingly anxious to a crippling extent. Seems to have been resolved by dropping Sinimet dosage and taking GABA promoting pharmaceuticals / supplements. Assume problem was elevated Dopamine out of balance with low GABA,
Have been good for last month or so - much looser muscles, good mood and about 1/3rd my previous level of Sinimet. Have also started on B1 which feels positive so far, but hard to tell what is responsible for what improvement. Overall keto experience positive and not that hard to follow the diet.
