Yes, as Kia says - look at YouTube, search for 'Parkinsons exercises'

My favourite is PD Warrior. They also do on-line membership which seems to include dvd's.

I just watched some of David's moves on YouTube. There's a lot there. Looking forward to incorporating them in my exercise routine.

PDONTHEMOVE.com has three different DVDs - lying down. sitting and standing. I have the standing dvd. also check out their free videos on you tube. Here is an excellent stretching video.

If you stick with you'll notice a difference in your walking and posture. Strength training in glutes, hips and core also helps with posture. Highly recomment his talks free on his youtube channel - he is doing great after 10 years with pd and has lots of recommendations.
