Yes, I 've been on it for about 2 months, and it def helps, however I'm still playing around with dose, and schedule. I'm taking the MP POWDER from Banyan. I'm not taking the MP extract...yet. There is tons of info on this site detailing, and answering lots of questions. Just type in your questions, and lots of past posts will pop up.

Yes, I've been on it exclusively for going on 4 years. I have RLS...can only speak about how it helps me. But it has been proven effective in India where it has been used for several hundred years to help Parkinson's. There is research on it. Check Amazon for a book written by Neurologist Dr. Rafael Gonzalez Maldonado entitled "MUCUNA VERSUS PARKINSON"
