Respecting the opinion of fellow patients

I request the members of the forum to be polite and respect one another. For God sake , this is a knowledge and experience sharing platform, don't make it a battlefield. If you feel that someone is disrespectful, send him a private message instead of bashing in front of all

Well said. I am staggered at the aggression some people display. (Especially against specific people). We are all just trying to do the best we can.

Ok.

Smile, stretch your arms out and let's have a worldwide hug.

Don't forget ... Play nicely.

Thanks really!! Iqbaliqbal (where does that name come from? :-). )

Without you and barkpear, and MB Anderson and bassofshades and Royprop, I wouldn't here about Vit. B1 (and believe me, I've search a lot in the internet).

It also helps a bit to accept the conventional Medi's supported with Mucuna.....

Still, I am a bit anxiety, because symptoms are getting worse the last few days , stiffness and simultaneously weakness right side.

I've just began with injections of Vit. B1.....

Could it have to do with taking Irminix (a chelator) and MSM.....because the labo has discovered a high amount of Hg in my blood.....

Should I increase a bit again Sinemet...?

It has been proved that Mucuna pruriens is far better than the synthetic Levodopa. 15% extract is the best choice (Although I myself use the raw beans due to the fact that it contain other nutrients that have neuroprotective effect). I have found it a game changer for me

JANVAN profile image
JANVAN in reply toFarooqji

Can you say a branch who sells the 15 % extract

(because that's indeed a big change, difference in comparison with the 95% extract that I use (one tablet they say is the equivalent of 427mg L-Opa !?!))

And where can you have raw beans and how to eat them ??😳??

Farooqji profile image
Farooqji in reply toJANVAN

There are many brands available for the said formulation, a couple of examples are given in the below links

amazon.com/Mucuna-pruriens-...

amazon.com/Mucuna-Extract-1...

Or you can order Zandopa which contains around 4 % Ldopa

Raw beans are available from every herbs shop. The process of making powder from raw beans is a little bit tiring. I have purchased special gadgets for making the powder (oven, special grinder, sieve etc). I can send you the method of making powder if required. Remember never eat raw beans without processing

Thank you !!

And do you still taking conventional Medi's ??

Are you still working ??

Farooqji profile image
Farooqji in reply toJANVAN

I am not using pharmaceutical drugs yet. Use only suppliments (20 types) , homeopathic medicine , mannitol, 5 different herbs including Mucuna-pruriens , light therapy, exercise etc. I used selegiline for 2 months but discontinued due to possible interactions with mucuna

Thinking about stem cell therapy, which I will decide after verifying the results from others who have received it.

Thank you for the post Farooqji , just want to drop you a note that My hubby also not under any prescribed medicine, may be we are the first in Japan that can live without prescribed med due to its severe side effect . We stop them all in December last year and use natural source like macuna powder only. He is now recovered very well. I wish many people can recover like my husband do, and wish you doing well with your symptoms. Keep going👍🙏☺️🌸

JANVAN profile image
JANVAN in reply toFarooqji

Which kind of light therapy ??

Are you still working ??

Are you on a diet ??

JANVAN in reply toFarooqji

Hi, can you say which are the other herbs you take and in which form ??

I need some advice, because I don't want to increase my almost 3x 1 Sinemet 25/100 a day !!

Farooqji profile image
Farooqji in reply toJANVAN

I take these herbs

1. turmeric

2. Bacopa extract

3. ashagandha extract

4. mucuna

All the above are available both in capsule for as well as raw form. Extracts are better than raw form due to ease of use. For example raw turmeric powder quantity to be taken is about a spoon whereas the same amount of curcumin is available in 400 MG capsules

Regarding your question whether I am still working , the answer is yes

How dare you, you idiotic........

Only kidding, Actually compared to a lot of forums and comments sections I read I think this one is fairly polite and respectful and a haven for reason and helpfulness but I'm sure debates get out of hand from time to time . Have to say I've certainly seen a lot worse. Maybe I've been missing out on some juicy slanging matches! Totally agree with your call for peace and respect though in general.

I am thankful to all of you for your kind words and also to the people who reprimanded me (recently on an issue ). May be I am wrong on that issue. But it is a fact that people should have some room for releasing pressure and expressing their grievances. Most of the people are so nice here , that I feel like I am in my own family

I think everyone should have the freedom of speech as long as we do not insult each other. Regarding "bashing" at doctors, movie stars, politicians, sports players , kings and queens I think that is everyone's right to do it or not to do it but that should not give someone the right to insult regular people in their name.
