Well, as the lost kids said to Peter Pan "hang on a happy thought!"
Dopamine makes you feel happy, right? When I get up in the morning I do a couple of things I like:I listen to my favorite music savoring a bar of dark chocolate and watching out of my window as the sun rises. This ritual gives me a big smile. I guess it causes my neurons to produce more dopamine.
Find out what works for you and do it. You will have a smile on your face till medication makes its way to your brain...
You might consider TMJ treatment depending on where you are located. The specialists who treat neurological issues have had greater success treating dystonia than PD.
