To summarise: supplementation with Magnesium might help. Also Iodine. Fluoride toothpaste may reduce Iodine levels . DHA supplementation might help. Green Tea may also help.
(Of course green tea means that you are not drinking black tea - which most would drink with milk). I would avoid milk and especially semi-skimmed milk.
And there is a bit more.
P.S. As an alternative to Fluoride toothpaste you could brush you teeth with Xylitol. I brush with flouride first, then rinse with Xylitol.
P.S.S. I always watch youtube videos at faster speed to save time.
Ian, I see that you can talk for about 20 sec and the work involved starts your dyskanitia firing. Is that the case?
Some very helpful information there Ian. I have been a believer in the therapeutic benefits of magnesium for heart conditions (rhythms) for many years. I stopped taking it when I was fitted with a pacemaker five years ago. I thought I didn't need it!! Now - apropos - of nothing I purchased some magnesium citrate this morning and have come home, switched on my computer to view your vlog; a significant part of which is devoted to magnesium. Is that synchronicity at work or what? Robson
