I live in New York State and use medical grade marijuana. I alternate between 1 to 1 THC/CBD and 20 to 1 THC/CBD. It helps with anxiety and depression, tremors and just your state of mind is better. It is easy to over use it so Be careful. But I would definitely recommend trying it.

I do not use the one to one but I make my own tinctures. Everything I see in the past the cannabis was used as a tincture. Whole body experience.
