Please share as to why do you take it 12 hrs apart? I don't recall any mention of doing so from dr Constantini at. The only thing I've read on the timing of taking one half of your high dose thiamine HCI capsules or powder before breakfast and the other half of your daily dose before lunch. Also, I'm wondering did you start taking it as recommended and it didn't work for you and/ or is that you decided to do on your own primarily because of your particular work schedule? If you chose to do 12 hrs apart on your own, did you consult Dr. Constantini to see if it affects the benefits of The B1 vitamin? I would so appreciate anyone's responses who has or is taking the high dose thiamine currently

Thiamin HCL has worked miracles for me. See my profile for current dosing schedule. Doc suggested lunch dose because some people report sleep disturbance if taken late in day
