Ian,

This is likely one of the best vlogs you've done. Aspiration pneumonia cause 70% of deaths for PD patients. Problems with swallowing cause food or liquids to go "down the wrong way" into lungs instead of stomach. Your vlog suggests how one gets help in moving to correct the problem.

I will add this vlog to the Parkinsons Online database this morning.
