what kind of glaucoma? I have open angle and take daily drops - very common problem. Main concern is to keep IOPs (internal eye pressure) down; regular IOP measurement (6 monthly) needed to check all ok. The drops work fine for me. Sinemet can increase IOP in some cases according to the FDA but I have no idea on the likelihood and only just started PD meds so cannot comment. I pop in on my optician and he tests my IOP (not as accurately as the hospital) if I am worried.
My husband was treated for glucosamine. Had emergency laser surgery the drops did not work to get the pressure down. Also had cataract surgery That was 8 years ago. Has never had any problem since. Has been on Sinamet/levodopa for many years eye sight remains steady. He goes very 6 months for pressure test now. Med did not affect his eyes. In the beginning he went more often.Stills reads a lot his glasses prescription had not changed in the last three years .My husband is 77 years old and had Parkinson for 13 years. His mind is still sharp but his mobility is very poor. In wheelchair now. Still loves to go out in the wheelchair.
