DVLA have just granted me another licence. No medical .

I very rarely drive in respect to my wife's request. Next December my license comes up for renewal. I will apply, hiding my tremor, and hope I pass the vision test. Merry Christmas Mike1942 from Roy1947. Dx 2012.

Does she have good reasons for asking you not to drive? Should you seek an independent assessment of your safety on the road?

Don't forget that concealing information can invalidate your licence, and without the licence you are also uninsured.

You seem to be forgetting the whole point of testing the driver is to PROTECT OTHER ROAD USERS.

I hope you won't find it as amusing when you've killed some poor soul who strayed across your way.

If your wife thinks you shouldn'T drive, it's quite likely there are reasons you shouldnt. You must seek additional professional opinions. To hide your PD is not ethical. And it is irresponsible.

Big ZERO visible tremors. Alistair will confirm. PD , I like to believe I am in control. Time will tell .

Do you have to tell the licensing people?

Also do you have to list it on travel insurance form?
