Does anyone take NAC . I have a problem with excess phlegm at times and I have heard that NAC helps with that. Thanks

it can help with that. Add equal amounts vit C and chug lots of water with it. Get a supplement that also contains selenium so that it doesnt bind with methylmercury. I have been taking it daily for glutathione support, but I am going to switch back to Cysreplete. This is a better source of sulfur for people with Parkinsons and helps my overall symptoms better than NAC. Beware, Cysreplete is very hard to get without a Dr that sells it on your team.

well a lot of people with p,d gets that if you go to your doctor and ask for noxicid it will help you take one a day.they are not expensive .regards john.
