After falling and fracuring three ribs. Having multiple problems on different medication for parkinson. Anyone have an thoughts

I would ask a doctor for a moderate dose (below 75 mg/day) of amitryptilyne. It's a pain killer at low doses, an antidepressant at higher doses (75 to 150) ... and it is thought to delay progression of PD (google nortriptyline). Begin with very low doses to evaluate/limit adverse effects.

But please do ask a doctor. I'm only an aviation engineer - and not even a very good one.
