You are so right. With insomnia I play the organ all the time when I can’t sleep.. I have head phones 📞 so don’t disturb my husband. I never thought of this..but I use my eyes, both hands and feet. I used to be able to sing and play, but now with Parkinson’s I can’t

I play too but my rt hand isnt as smooth as it used to be.

My experience was that the more I played the more I regained of my former ability. I now play for an hour a day. I only play slow pieces though!

Yes, same here..it seems like a lot that I do is in slow motion.. lol

When you think about our hands, feet, and eyes.. even slow it still takes a lot of coordination.
