Try the hand mudra formed by touching the tip of your index finger to the tip of the thumb, both hands. Hold lightly and breathe. That one helps me and it's easy. Another one specifically for Parkinson tremors is Vayu mudra... bend the index finger so the tip is at the base of the thumb, then lay the thumb on top of the bent index finger. take propanalol 20 mg BD
Propranalol (Inderal) works wonders for me whenever I'm in a situation where I know my tremor my be particularly active. I take just 10 mg an hour before I need to be steady and I can go up to 3-4 hours without a single shake. The down side of propranolol is that it lowers your blood pressure quite a bit, which may be a deal-breaker for some. Worth a try.
