Hi there, I've got generalised Dystonia. So I had DBS in September 2009 had two replacement batteries, put it's give me another chance to live my life. Still get pain. Not brilliant but probably 50% better. So for PD I would go for it. It's 50/50 chance if you have Dystonia for PD it's a 90% chance. So if you suffer pain ask about it.
