I find if i am idle my hands and feet get stiff. Setting at this computor is the worst thing to do. Just walking around the house picking up, cleaning, and just standing does wonders for me. I also have hand weights i use when watching tv or just setting around. Nothing heavy 4 to 8 pounds. This helps control the pain and helps stop the got to move impluse i have.

That's what I do. But I keep falling over. I don't feel good. I still think its the rytary. How do you know if your allergic or too much. I feel horrible. Got epidural for lower back pain that really helped compression.
