Mucous build up
Yes - I do but haven't connected it with my PD! It is difficult to identify what to blame on PD and what is unconnected. Could be due to muscles in the throats weakening.
Yes, I have this. It is not always present, which tells me that it might also have something to do with my diet. Why can you not sniff back the mucus and then spit it out?
I have that problem too. Just had Dental reconstruction work, and it is worse now. I had an infection, which doesn't help. I definitely have some trouble with swallowing, and I eat slower than most people, because I have to chew well etc. I would attribute this to PD, because I didn't used to have that problem. Just my opinion.
Thanks.I've noticed it since December when I had flu type virus.Had a slight swallowing issue before that though
Me too. It seems to be affecting my singing. It's like catarrh but I can't move it as seems to be wrapped around my larynx.
Yes same here.I'm a TA in primary and when I read stories or sing I feel my throat tightening
