I have not posted any of my work outs lately so here is todays
I exercised twice today at 5 am with my daughter and crossfit at 11:30 am. With my daughter i did a 20 min workout after about 20 min of warming up. Warm up was 10 min on a stationary bike and 10 minutes of curls and light weight work. For the 20 minute work out we did 10 box steps, 10 push ups, 10 squats and 10 sit ups as many times as possible for 20 minutes.
At Crossfit we ran 400 meters did various stretches for 20 minutes. Then we did our work out. Which was back squats.
These were my weights every one had their on weight based on their best back squat my best ever was 250 and today i did 255.
1 back squat at 165
10 back squats at 185 with out putting the bar down (unbroken}
1 back squat at 205
20 back squats at 155 with out putting the bar down (unbroken}
1 back squat at 255
30 back squats at 135 with out putting the bar down (unbroken}
