Could it be result of sinimet wear off?

Yes, definiely and well recognized. Last vist we were discussing wearing off and neuro asked of i became anxious at this time.

My husband experiences the same thing, anxiety when meds wearing off. But sometimes when he first takes a dose, he complains of the feeling that something is eating his insides until abou 1/2 hour passes. Anybody else experience this? Also he has lots of bladder problems. Feeling like he has to go but can't or after he goes like he still has to go.. Anybody else have bladder problems?

Forgive me I don't know what 'ptobs' means. But I agree with Hikoi that the feeling of panic attack could most definitely be the sinemet wearing off. The reason I say 'feeling of a panic attack' and not a panic attack is because (for me) it is like my body is acting like I'm having a panic attack with the nervousness and inside trembles but I don't have the fearful thoughts that comes with genuine panic attacks.

What do you do when anxiety hits to relieve it?

I don't have actual anxiety, what I have is the feeling of trembling inside as if it were anxiety but I know it isn't because nothing is bothering me. For me that feeling is relieved by taking a sinemet.

I believe so. I get a feeling of impending doom most evenings. Discussed with my Neuro and she believes I'm undermedicated

Me too. Usually when it's wearing off. It's a horrible feeling

Thank you all for your replies I never thought it was the medication wearing off that was causing my panic attacks
