Hi ruthgt. I have been happy with the results from using Mucuna. There is no "kickback" with it like with drugs. I am finding that taking it on an empty stomach is better because it goes to work faster. If I wanted to stop taking it "cold turkey," there would be no augmentation. I've done that a time or two, but the RL then resurfaces as before, but there is no "drug withdrawal" as happens with prescription meds.

Did you take it in conjunction with a pharma-drug or by itself? How much do you take and what brand?
