...and I prefer to stay inside. I have two window units going full blast, and all kinds of fans. I bless my ms friend who gave me a cooler vest. You can find them on Amazon.

They are great. The have little pockets in them where you put ice contained in plastic. It really cools you down fast.

I am embarrassed to tell you I fell a second time last week. I chose to do (duh)QuiGong out in our parkinlot.Cement :(

I lost my balance, and fell again!!

This time I fell really hard on my right side. I don't need any sympathy. I just need to be more aware of what I do.

Next time I want to do QuiGong out side, I will do it on the grass :)

I have made a committment not to push myself this summer. To just do what I can comfortably do.

i know this is off subject but i feel better both mentally and physically when i am outside hot or cold. The ac hurts my hands and feet. do you have any problems like this.

Bailey_Texas no I don't. But then I was born and raised in North Norway. Cold does not bother me.
