Hey, I have inner tremor, which to me feels like my body feels when I'm cold - a shivering fast tempo. This is different to the external tremor which is more like a morse code rhythm, is this the same for all of us with tremor?

My husband had more of an inner tremour than an outer one. Coffee can make it worse. Take care.x
I have it also. It drive me crazy when it happens. It makes it hard to stand at times.
I used to get that from time to time, and when I started on C/L, it moved in to stay.
