Hi, I have read up on this new excercise machine, and on a long list of if, buts, and may be's it mentions how it benefite PWP, any one tried or know anything else? Xx

Hi Allofatremor. Some people on this blog get tired of hearing me say that FAST WALKING can and does reverse Parkinson's symptoms. But I will continue to do so because it really does work.

I was diagnosed with Pd. in 1992 and by 2002 I was able to stop taking any Parkinson's medication and I have now been living a 'normal' life for the past 13 years.

What you put in is what you get out, at least that is my experience. So do something about it NOW!

There is no shortcut you must do the exercise yourself if you are able. No machine can do it for you. Just start out slow and increase more every day

Just do it. it will do you good.
