When you live with pd you dont need me to tell you but if you don't embrace change, adjust and keep moving forward, well I expect things would get pretty grim. This illness can force the pace slowly bringing you to a full stop. I have to accept and acknowledge it did with me earlier this year. None of us is infaluable. It caught me off guard and is a step change I struggled to get on top of.....
