My ex and I are still good friends and speak daily. Since our divorce 10 yrs. ago, he's been taking low dose Xanax 3/day, but it seems almost like he's putting off all those emotions and they're coming to a head now that our son went away to college.
He's also having trouble sleeping and, more concerning, is that in the last year he sometimes grabs for something and gets the shakes so hard you'd think he was mixing a martini.
