It's a common combination mostly for those with dyskenesiad

My husband takes stalevo but not the other.What is the benefit of both? A quick reply would be great as we have Dr appointment this week.

Both enhance the effectiveness of levodopa. Amantadines mechanism is unknown but seems to lessen dyskinesias, tremors and dystonia. They are levodopa agonists.

Hi I have been changed to stalivo from madapar and I take 1.83mg premipexole what is the difference between madapar 125mg and 75 mg 5 times a day stalivo I also take at bedtime 125mg madapar the reason the nurse changed meds as I was getting a lot of muscle pain 1 hour before meds due and 45 mins after meds thankyou
