Does anyone know if increasing the dose will also increase om-time.

It may increase on-time a little but alternatively it may give a more profound effect for about the same amount of time.

I seem to remember Benseraside is absorbed a little more quickly than Carbidopa so that may make a difference of some sort - perhaps?

I am taking Siniet now too. Been on it for five months and still trying to figure out how much and how frequently to take it . Seems to be a fine line between not enough and going at snail pace or too frequent which brings on the muscle spasms. I'm beginning to think it will be impossible due to PD symptoms vary from day to day and from hour to hour. I am on CARBIDOPA ER 25 MG - LEVODOPA 100 MG ER. I've had diagnosed PD for over four years now.
