Actually the thoughts mostly occurred during an euphoric two hours of unusual quiet and contemplation the day before my Memorial Day birthday. They included my experiment in balancing serotonin and dopamine but also balancing joy and depression, solitude and loneliness, and. finally, the meaning of life per Victor Frankl.
