I very quickly get a tightening of chest muscles, making breathing difficult, and often along with that muscle cramps in my feet and legs.
As with much things in life, this survey falls under the category of false dilemma.
The reason why Parkinson's patients have wearing off periods is the main drug given to them, Sinemet/L-d dopa/carbidopa & levodopa, stops working - in it tachylphylactic: dictionary.reference.com/br...
2. a decreased response to a medicine given over a period of time so that larger doses are required to produce the same response.
The drug Sinemet has been repeatedly out performed by the amino acid tyrosine (which cannot be taken with Sinemet) : ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/250...
Sinemet was also out performed by the velvet bean - from the mucuna pruriens plant:
