Neupro patch suggestions A.M. or P.M.?

I use it at night . It is suppose to help with the stiffness and rigidity I get at night and help me sleep better but honestly I notice no difference if I forget and take it in the am.

AM for sure. I take mine off at bedtime, because of nightmares

I change mine each am after shower. Theorectically, it should release the same amount continuous over a 24 hour period so really shouldn't make a difference when put on. The only real difference I've noticed after starting is if I don't put a new one on in 24hrs I do have a little restless leg which I never had before.

If you are working all day then morning. If you have night time issues such as poor sleeping then night time.
