Could or would the impedance being turn down ,take three weeks to kick in fully . I do not know if my PD has moved on or it the DBS. yours EXPORT.

Anyone know what turning the impedance down on my DBS will do ? Its three weeks since, as each day comes so dose the pain .

You should NOT have pain, if the feeds are turned to high this is a concern, why have you waited so long to get a hold of your doctor and ask questions?? Can you control your dbs machine or is it only done by the doctor? WHY three weeks to kick in fully? I am going by my own DBS, and it should not take 3 weeks to kick in, mine is immediate and swift acting, As to if you PD has progressed only you know the answer. I wish I was more help but my best advice to call your doctor asap! The hospital/doctor made money from your surgery they need to be there for you now. Better days ahead. God bless.
