I just found some coconut oil in a more solid form. Tried to take it by the spoonful but it seems waxy so mixed it with food. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I order it from Mercola online smooth as butter. Tablespoon mixed in porridge or teaspoon in my coffee.

I get co from Costo. Checked it out, 6.2g lauric acid, 1 gram coprylic acid, 800mg capric acid. Big container $16.50. I like Mercola a lot but his stuff is expensive.
