I was diagnosed in 2011 with Parkinson's and now I've been diagnosed with Stage 3 Renal Failure. Anyone else diagnosed with both and are they possibly connected? I'm only 60 and find this so discouraging.

Parkinson's and Renal Failure
My husband had a kidney removed after his urologist found a cyst and followed its' progress for a year, following a routine exam for urinary urgency. His pancreas was also removed during the same surgery. This happened 6 or 7 years ago at age 60/61. It was cancerous!
There was no need for chemo or radiation, because the malignancy was completely removed. He is just dealing with other PD problems now and thankful to be healthy enough to enjoy his grandchildren and to continue traveling.
