Humour is our best medicine.

Hands in pockets not a good idea for us , espesialy when shaking , afraid its the society we live in , i was in my local pub when one of my friends pionted out to me not to go near schools when shaking , can see the funny side of this PD althoug it is tough

all ways here with a ear

take care

regards

Al
