i wanted to do me walk this morning even though it would hurt. my knee with these orthotics in is still twisting inwards. and i constantly using my tennis ball to run under my foot. when it was warm here yesterday it was better for walking. but i cant stand this burning foot under foot and the bone on the better leg hurting and groin ache in better leg side not to mention hip.

I'm doing all the exercises given me but its not helping at all.

Any one else got a knee that twists inwards when you walk on it. i think it needs an mri but it all started with my ankle and foot with shooting pain to my back. it doesn't shoot pain now like it did.
