Got up this morning with one hell of a sore hip. Through exercise. I can hardly walk to add to sore feet knees and ankles. What the heck is going on bones and feet in ankles feel dried out. Don't know why nothing is being picked up but I'm staying on bed for most of day today. To hell with exercises. I'm going to be not walking at this rate
