all started 3 months ago with some right side groin pain then something jumped out my back pounding my left foot. at moment i got a knee that wont track proper on that leg and its affecting the other. and the opposite hip to the bad leg is hurting cos I'm compensating which is also causing and ankle problem. I'm sweating at night wake up with 4 hrs sleep.

and to finish of my feet go cold then hot that are unbearable to walk on properly. oh and i shake a bit when sat down.

i cant figure out weather fibro arthritis rumatoid arthritis or what.

to much is happening every day and its only been 3 months and bloods are coming back ok.

can anyone with the same shed some light on this. cos i can hardly walk very far
