Has anyone found anything that helps arthritis pain in hands?

Hi, a couple of things that helped me;

1. the arthritis gloves, you can get them on amazon or eBay, I got mine at Aldi. They comfort aches.

2. Magnesium spray, you can get at healthfood store or chemist. Spray it on and rub in. This also helped my aches.

3. Medication. The above were great to help me get through until the medication started working. Now I’m taking HCQ and MTX and hand aches mostly gone. 😊

If you have Osteoarthritis and you don't use blood thinners then try turmeric and black pepper capsules, I have OA in neck and feet and it works well as pain relief.
