Achy feet

Does anyone have trouble with feet aching? I feel like I am walking on golf balls, along with plantar faciitis. Has anyone found anything to relieve the foot pain? I could at least function then.

Recently my medications were switched around to include Lyrica and I was not able to stand long enough to load my own dishwasher. I was one of the few to get the bad side effects that included lower limb swelling. So my advice check out all your meds to see if any common or uncommon side effects include swelling. Also I know it is awful to hear but if you have gained even a few extra pounds it tends to be detrimental to our feet wth fasciitis. Hope this helps.

Have you tried foot excercise? My sister has plantar faciitis and and we all do the same excecises as were all flat footed in this family! The physio recomended toe walking, heal walking and picking things up with your toes to increase foot strength.
