Hi folks, though new to this community, am into meditation for some years now. But the community here seems a long way into it already (hardly any latest posts). Would appreciate more interactions, so please connect.

Hi Gambit62, Swaryog takes one away from the hip-hop contraption of modern yoga. In its serious approach towards the ultimate knowledge, it also affords success in day to day pursuits.

If you are a believer of Indian system, the approach begins almost instantly. Otherwise, one can restrict himself to the scientific gains of health, wealth, life and a disciplined lifestyle.

Swaryog is the science of understanding the nature through controlled breathing practice for worldly gains and culminates in the ultimate union of the individual soul with the supreme self. It is NOT religious centric and anyone from any faith can follow this. Good health is a by-product of this practice.

Hello,pradhan!

I've never heard about Swaryog beforehand. What do you mean by modern yoga? After all, yoga is, above all, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. All basic principles are described there.

I am interested in your movement. In what country was born Swaryog? It sounds like a Slavic something. I so understood it includes pranayama. And what else? What is the essence of practice?
