I'm an ex-pat - living in Mali, West Africa! Did all of the C25K programme either here in Mali, or in neighbouring Burkina Faso (had to evacuate for a bit - got a bit dangerous here for a while!) I have LOVED having this link with other people running the same runs I was, even if it wasn't in the same place.

I am trying to spread the word about this wonderful program to people I see on the trail during my runs, but I don't know if anyone has actually followed up on my suggestion.

Good Luck ! Hope you are keeping fit and well. Week 8 - wow, I wish I was with you. My knee seems to be getting better and I am hoping to go out on Friday for a test run! I think I'm going to go back to the end of week 4 to see how I go .... I'll let you know.
