I did C25k a year ago but had to give up due to a problem with my ankle. What tips does anyone have to help with ankle pain?

Hi I have a similar story. Completed late last year and developed ankle pain on an early consolidation run. Someone on the forum posted this link verywellhealth.com/ankle-ex.... I am slowly trying again from week 3. 😀

Strengthen your legs.......look on the Strength and Flex forum.

Wear proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop.

Follow the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact.
