All done. Had my daughter running with me which was a help. Beautiful sunny day although a bit windy. Admired the primroses growing on the verges. Feeling good.

I was also spotting signs of spring on my run this morning. It was lovely to run in the sunshine for a change. Well done to you and your daughter on completing the first week!
